Baltimore city police shoot teen under 16 in back multiple times while he was trying to run

The Baltimore Police Department is currently on scene at an officer-involved shooting, according to a tweet.

In the tweet, police said the shooting happened at the intersection of Catherine Street and Frederick Avenue.

Citizens live on the scene say the victim is under 16 and the officer shot him 5+ times in the back while he was running wow once again. Another teenager shot by baltimore city police . The community still has not seen justice for 19 year old  Donell Rochester who was killed by police almost being killed in a similar way he was killed trying to get away from police and from the looks I understand why people run from police. Pray for this young man 🙏🏾 As a community we have to control our neighborhoods not these animals in uniform
